The Heat Wagon, Sure Flame 2 Stage Regulator Valve, 4490, is a replacement diaphragm 2 stage regulator valve for Heat Wagon, Sure
Flame heaters. The factory settings are 10” WC (High Fire) and 1.4” WC (Low Fire), but these can be adjusted (Low Fire- 1.4”-4.2”, High Fire-
8.8” to 11.5”). This regulator is used with line voltage dual-stage thermostat or controller. The valves are rapid opening (less than six seconds)
and fast closing. The valve will close on power failure (recommended for final shutoff service) with a 2 second maximum closing time at 7” WC
inlet pressure.
"The Heat Wagon, Sure Flame 2 Stage Regulator Valve, 4490, has lead wires and a cover for electrical conduit connections provided. Power
usage is 120V, 60Hz and a pipe size of 1-1/4” NPT. The maximum operating pressure is 1/2 PSI."
